Question about running…
Running really hurts my knees. I ice and take ibuprofen afterwards but the knees still hurt for about a day or two. I like circuit training and doing other things besides running but everyone is always talking about how great running is for your body and how its like the ultimate workout. Am I just trying to force my body to do something that it doesn’t like? Or is there something I can do so that I can run without injury?
